Protecting myself against lawsuits?

Question:I have alot of property, even when i have no trespassing signs up all around the property kids and people still ride there 4 wheelers and other mobiles on the property. From the information i know and was told. If someone gets hurt on your property they can sue me. How can i protect myself? against something like this? Anyone have any helpful advice?

Answers:
Place a sign if you enter this property

Attention;
This property has video and tresspassers will be prosecuted with a $1000.00 Fine and up to one year in jail.
Anyone entering this property is tresspassing, and does not hold the owner responsible for personal injury, negligence.

Its up to you to video and press charges and word will spread quick!

Maybe an umbrella policy.
well, if it's completely vacant, undeveloped land, the liability from your homeowners policy will automatically cover it, on a standard policy.

If it's got a fence on it, or ANY kind of structure, you'll need to list it seperately on your policy.

And then pick up a personal umbrella liability policy.
Call your insurance agent and ask them
