What are started watermelon plants usually priced at?

Question:I want to plant and sell watermelons and most of the articles on here say that it's better for a beginner to plant started plants instead of seeds. I just want to know about how much profit I will make on them.

I purchased a pack of either 4 or 6 (can't remember which) good plants for under $3.00 at my local home grown nursery. They did not have a large selection though. Watermelons are not a top grower here in Utah. I would suggest a good selection for your area.
