How to care for in office plants?

Question:In my Office I have two plants, how do I care for them? They look like they are dying. I water them once a week, should I water them more? What can I do to keep them alive and looking good?

Answers:
Really depends on what kind of plants they are.Once a week is sufficient, also feed them once a month during the growing season.Make sure their not root bound, they may need repotting,if so do it right away .Good luck.

depends on what kind of plants they are. i find that water lillies are the best office plant! oh and corn plants..
You might try a little sun.
If the leafs are thick then they don't need to be watered every week maybe 1 time every 2-3 weeks. If they are thin leafed then 1 time a week is good, but don't drownd them though just litely water. Make sure they have enough light too. Also too much light will kill them as well. Move them around the room a bit and see where they tend to do the best at and keep them there. Most plants need just medium light to flourish and do good.
Once a week is probably too much. I water mine every 2-3 weeks and they are beautiful. If they are turning black and dropping leaves, they are probably getting too much water and the roots are beginning to rot. You will need to repot them with clean dirt or they will continue to slowly die.

Mine ocassionally get part of a can of Sprite or 7-Up. They also love Dr. Pepper. LOL!
There's a little secret to keeping office plants alive. I have worked in several different offices and have tried this and it has yet to fail. Every morning poor the left over coffee in the plant instead of water but make sure it's cool not hot. See what happens, it will blow your mind. Good Luck!
well, you should make sure the roots of the plants are intact and water them everyday. That should help.
OK i my self work in a office and there fore i have office plants. what i do is water them every day but only about half a mug full of water. make sure they are in a place where they can get lots of sun light. if they don't have any the plants would have no hope in living.

best of luck. ttyl :D
