How long will it take my outdoor ivy vine to grow about 4 feet up and 4 feet across?

Question:My mom used to have this invasive vine. It looked nice on the house but it was so invasive, she had to kill it. Even now, 3 years later, there are still roots and little ivy vines popping up. I decided to plant them on my fence. I already transplanted 4 roots, with one ivy already sticking out. They are all fine now, how long will it take to grow 4 feet up and 4 feet across, if i use miracle gro. I live in Ontario Canada.
