How do I get rid of bees trying to make a hive in my breezeway? Home remedies?

Question:There are around 100 bees that started to swarm a bit around my house. Now they are swarming the breezeway. I called a specialist but the soonest they can come is tomorrow and I'm supposed to have company over tonight. They are supposedly in "work mode" and won't stop for sweets/ honey. Are there any home remedies to stop the madness??
