No that son of a gun is just making it seem that way. He will keep it nice and green until you get comfortable and then when you least expect it, he freaking turns on you. lol.
I have learned that its not always best to go to the other side just because it may look better. A lot of the times its worse then what you are dealing with now. Remember Abraham and his nephew Lot (i think it was his nephew). Lot picked the land that looked better that seem to have it all. But in the end it was the worse choice he could have made.
