What's a good general compost soil mixture that would be good for just about any flower garden?

Question:please :-)

Answers:
One part earth, One art Compost (or composted Manure), One part Peat moss, and don't forget to feed ( osmicote works well )

If you are buying it, potting soil. If you are really composting, coffee grounds, egg shells, tea grounds, spoiled veggies chopped, leaves chopped, potato skins, apple peels, sand and dirt.
