I have small black beatles infesting a [what I think is a] native fuschia,..?

Question:thay have a white circle at the bottom of their backs and 2 squiggley white lines at top of their backs running up/ down , they are 3-4mm long. They are oval shape, nearly round. I am in South Australia. Does anyone know what they are? Thank you.
