Why are my azalea leaves turning yellow after they bloomed?

Question:

Answers:
Okay...your Azaleas have bloomed and that took alot of energy...now is the time to cut them back before they set new blooms for next year and feed them with an acid loving plant fertilizer. Miracid is a good one although there are many choices. Also if you have any pines or oaks in your yard they make an excellent mulch as they are also very acidic...just not too heavy on the mulch as azaleas havealot of their roots just below the surface. Next year you will have beautiful blooms again!

if they are the older leaves then it is normal dieback
sorry ,but the bloom on azaleas only last a few weeks at best the blooms are dying off that is natural there isn't anything wrong with your plants, the blooms are a spring time thing they will be back next spring
