I think my lawns are a bit too wet to cut, what can i do?

we are all in the same boat (no pun intended) we just have to wait for a dry day or possibly 2, we had a dry interval about 10 hrs and I managed to get out and do a bit of mowing, a few days ago as my lawns are well drained. But they want doing again now and its bucketing down. This is the worst June I can remember and I've been gardening for 45 years
