How do I store freshly picked zucchini?

Question:I picked some zucchini. How to I store it until we are ready to eat it?

Answers:
In a freezer tight Ziploc baggie. It will keep for about one week in the fridge. Or, you can chop it up and freeze it.

They will keep several days out of the refrigerator and several more in the refrigerator other than that, i like to slice mine into 1\4 slices and freeze until i am ready to fry them. (peel them first and bag them dry)
