Question:I want to put a fence up at my parents home. I want to put an iron fence with rock or brick..can anyone help me to get instructions on how to do it or give me some sort of guidance

You are talking about a pretty in-depth project, requiring special tools and techniques. I'd be in your corner for a wood fence, but ornamental iron and masonry are well beyond the average DIY scope.
Of course, you are likely well beyond the average, so here's free (and worth every penny) advice for a first time project like this:
1) Allow for more time and money than you are expecting. And then a little more than that.
2) If the foundation is not good, the finished job will match, so plan, overplan, and insist of yourself that level be level and straight be straight.
3) Consider farming out the masonry work. You can buy stock ornamental iron fence panels and install them yourself- contract a mason to build the uprights and finish the ironwork yourself.
4) Absolutely go for it. If your budget allows for this to be a hobby, allow yourself to fail and try again- no expert started as an expert, and we all have some pretty impressive screw-ups that have taught us.

the stock wrought iron tend to of an fixed length with a few options for height and type but u can have a metal fabricator/welder to have them custom made in addition to the stock ones (they can also modify the stock ones)in which u can install or find a company to customize the entire job and make them to ur specifications. Hire a Mason to build rock/brick wall it is an back breaking work or find a friend who knows how to do the Job so he can help ya out by explaining things to ya
