How do I glue retaining wall cement blocks together?

Question:Is there a certain kind of "brick" glue in a tube or caulking gun that I can use to keep my blocks anchored together on my retaining wall around the front garden, its only 1 blocks piled on the other, but I would still like to have them fastened to each other because of my children that may knock some of the bricks off occasionally

Answers:
Quickcrete. You can buy at home depot.Just add water.Ask the pro at the shop which type is best suited for you as there are different strength ones.

cement.
There Is a special adhesive made for adhering these cement blocks together. It comes in tubes similar to caulking and construction adhesive...you can purchase it at many home centers that carry cement supplies or at a specialty cement , concrete and stone yard...I've done this in the past many times and recommended it to other people and they as well as myself have ad great success...
Quikrete is a good method... possibly a little more time consuming than you'd planned on. A polyfoam adhesive will also work well to bond brick and concrete. Kind of similar to the expanding foam that plumbers use to seal pipes entering a structure, works very well.
