i agree, I'm experienced and i still am nervous doing work . fear of killing some one. not to mention most areas require permits.

Not to be rude but if you are asking this type question you most likely need an electrician. Electricity is not something to play around with. You either know exactly what you are doing or you have somebody that does know do the work. Electricity when done wrong kills people and burns down homes.
you need to be a cert electracin and also if you city requiress you to have a permit for any electracil work you better get one .cause it is a upgrade to yur service and you do need a cert electrican to do it it is not a diy job very dangerous
