not necessary but you will need two coats.

.

no its not ok matt emulsion just does not look as good as vinyl silk.. have some class lol
No , that should be OK. If you are covering a dark colour with a light one, you may need a couple of coats. See how it looks.
Yes fine, they are both water based and as stated above you may need two coats, Dulux Trade emulsion is some of the best on the market as opposed to the normal dulux from b&q etc... Trade paint is thicker and can be watered down more...
Primer Don't think so. Depends also on the degree of colour change. If a bit patchy give it a second coat. Should be OK.
It will be fine. Obviously you will want to fill any holes etc. beforehand, so just give the walls a light rub over with the sandpaper as you rub down the filler. This ensures a good key, and means you get a nice smooth finish.
that is ok ,make sure the wall is clean of grease and dirt first.I always give it the once over with a bt of scratch first .
You should not have a problem as i have done this many times before without priming .
How about writing in English?
Yes - I've been there and done it. I really hate shiny walls and ceilings too. Give walls two coats of paint and they will look lovely. Use paint pads to apply paint - fast and easy.
