Dead Mouse In Pool! HELP!?
Question:This morning my mom found a dead mouse in the pool, I'm off of school, so she wants me to get it out, and I'm still trying to find a little net. Does anybody know how long we should wait until we can get back in the pool, even if the pool guy comes tomorrow??? Plus, what should I do with the mouse to stop it from smelling, or decomposing in our garbage cans that are OUTSIDE. Please reply!!! THANKS!

If your chlorine is at the right level, it should kill any bacteria left behind by the mouse. But, there's nothing you can do about keeping it from decomposing. Just put it in a plastic garbage bag and put it in the trash can. Keep the lid closed, because it will stink.
just get the mouse out of the pool through it in the garabage outside and then go swimming as long as the chloriene levels are fine!
Fish the mouse out with a net. Shock the pool with extra chlorine. Wait about an hour for the chlorine to settle. That should be fine.
Try the breast stroke to push it out of the way as you swim. put the mouse in a disposable cup and bury it deep in a vcant lot.
If your chlorine level is up to par, You can swim right away. The whole purpose of the chlorine is to kill the bacteria..
you need to hear me on this.
1. get the rat out
2. you MUST change the water b/c the water is contaminated
3. wash the pool with a bleach like detergent
4. refill the pool and go from there

I thought everyone with a pool had a net. You know, for leaves and stuff. Take it out and go swimming. You mean, onbody has ever peed in your pool including you. How about a bird flying overhead and took a dump.
