Where can I get materials to build an aquarium?

Question:I'm on a tight budget. Anyone know where to get something cheap that works. I'm talking about 2 or 3 dollars cheap too and it has to be seethrough because it's for fish and I want to be able to see them clearly. (Plastic?)

You will not be able to make one that cheap, the grade of plastic required is pricey.
Try the second hand shops or even the pet store.
