What's the trick to changing drill bits on my B&D drill??

Question:The head won't unscrew to release the current bit. Even the chuck is of no use at this time. Was it tightened too much last time?? It has been exposed to some high humidity and there is a bit of rust. Any suggestions?? (I've cleaned it with just a little bit of WD-40)

Answers:
WD 40 is good, but you need to bring out the big guns and try some PB Blaster. Just spray it on and let it sit for awhile...the stuff will break up anything!

You might have to resort to pipe wrenches. I had a drill chuck set up on me like you are describing and it was the only way to loosen it. You can buy replacment chucks at most hardware DIY stores.
