sorry but people are going to need more info, but i'll take a stab at it.
power comes into outlet box. hook that black to top gold screw. hook white to top silver screw.
with scrap wire (same size or left overs) go from that 1st receptacle bottom silver to top silver screw of 2nd rec.
also go from 1st receptacle bottom gold screw to 2nd receptacle top gold screw.
from green screw of each outlet a bare or green must join to bare or green coming into box and also hook to a green screw(usually) inside recepatacle box.
wiring for receptacle runs is typically #12awg romex

if you are talking about putting 2 outlets in a wall box where 1 single out is
You will have to take out the single outlet be sure and turn the power off
remove the outlet box from the wall
you will need a 2 gang outlet box and you will have to cut the opening bigger just so the box will be able to snap into the opening
The hot lines wires will go to one outlet and off that same outlet will run to the other outlet black to black , white to white , ground to ground
It seems simple, but don't do it yourself. Get an electrician friend to help.
