There are sticking hooks or double sided tapes available in the market. But the marker board should be light. If it is heavy it may fall down peeling the paint from the wall. How thick is the wall? If the wall is made of hard board having thickness less than an inch and the board is made of iron sheet board can be hung by keeping one or two strong magnets on the other side of the wall. The magnets removed from old speakers can support this very well (I have donne it)
go to the shop and buy hooks tat stick to the wall
with double sided tape, but when you take the board down it could peal some of the paint. Try a sellys 5m prodouct.
You can use either double-sided tape or velcro strips. Both of which are found cheaply at the Home Depot or local hardware store.
Also, 3M puts out a product just for that reason that holds pictures securely in place that can be easily removed without damaging the walls or paint.

You didn't say how heavy vs. how much surface area the board will be. If you want to take it up and down each day the best way is velcro. The board needs to be painted to seal the wood for the velcro to stick. You have to leave the 1 side of the velcro attached to the wall however. If you just want it up without taking it down easily the double stick tape, or a heavy bodied glue such as a couple large dots of silicone or goop may do it. Good luck!
Command Adhesive Strips (with or without hooks) by 3M. Just read the packages to find the size you want -- you'll want to know the approximate weight of your market board.
The double sided tape and and velcro are also great suggestions. However I really like the Command Adhesive because the strips pull off cleanly and leave the paint there. I've used mounting squares -- which are very strong, but oftentimes they've done more damage to my walls than a small nail would.
The product is called "Command" by 3m, they are picture hanging strips that stick onto your wall and board. They are velcro so you can attach and reattach. They also come off your wall clean.
