Buy some small rubber pads from Home Depot that are made to put on cabinet doors or under glass table tops. They have an adhesive on one side that you can stick them to the door so that it doesn't make too much noise when the door closes.
You can install a automatic closure/shock. Will cost a few bucks but they will be unable to slam the back door. Cheapest way out is start fussing about it every time they slam it.
