Handyman club of america?

Question:What is the little stretchy item called a "Hold-it"--one of Handyman's products? It looks like the little things used to dip into a bottle of soapy-stuff for kids to blow bubbles, except it is rubber & there is a tiny hole in a tiny "ball" at the end. It is very flexible & is about 5 inches long. What is its use?

Answers:
It's a devise used to hold a drills chuck key onto the drills electric cord. It prevents one from losing the chuch key and keeps it within reach when needed.

It could be used to hold a chuck key to the drill? Or hold the electrical cord together. I can't think of any thing else at the moment.BYE
