How do I build a sturdy shed ramp?

Question:Hi,
I'd like to build a ramp to go into my shed from the grass/ground level. I want to make sure that it is sturdy enough to drive a ride on mower on it. Any suggestions ?

Answers:
Depends on how high, but I used 2x10 wovenized on mine, and it holds fine. I mounted a board under the threshold, to give me something to nail on. Then I cut 3 four foot boards, as side rails and center support. You can dig out the ground for these boards, or do as I did, and rip the board to match the angle. Then I tied it together with the remaining boards, and drive my 17 horse 42 in mower on it. The 2x10's hardly even flex when tied together like this.

Pour concrete put two forms from shed floor height to grade level, form the end, mix up some bag mix.
