I just removed wallpaper from the top portion of a small bathroom.?

Question:The problem is that the sheetrock is not totally mudded. Is there a product that you can purchase that I can easily put on instead of mudding and sanding? I then want to paint and the bottom is ceramic tile.

Answers:
I don't understand what you mean by totally mudded. Mud is only applied to cover where to pieces of sheetrock join so you're not going to find mud covering all of sheetrock. If there isn't a joint there you don't need to do anything except paint. If you still think it needs mud, that's the only thing you should use. Anything else will not work correctly. A little effort will pay off in the long run. Good luck.

use plaster of Paris & fix new tiles to fill the gap
use interior/exterior vinyl wall spackle made by DAP. they sell it at home depot. it is easy to use and it drys hard as a rock. sand it and paint it. HAVE FUN!
I just went through this in several rooms of a new home, but didn't find anything better than mudding and sanding. You could also try some sort of wall sealer like Killz. However, that's more expensive than just mudding it and doesn't cover any imperfections/flaws left behind from the wallpaper stripping.
