Door catch?
Question:does anyone know of any uk shop that sells a door catch/chain that means i can keep a door open for the dog (patio door that opens out) but keeps burgulars out??

Unless you've got a chihuahua, then any space big enough for a dog to get through will also be big enough for a burglar.
Just put the dog in the garden - it will help to deter burglars that way too.

if a dog can get in and out so can a burglar
Take out a Pane and put in a Dog flat, with any sort of chain on a opening out door could result in the Dog locking itself out, also the chain being accessible from out side would be very easy to cut.
