there is a web site called flylady.com, it has totaly helped me be more organized and walks you through it with baby steps. good luck
Well, you need some storage. I suggest this website. My sister sends me the catalog
http://www.containerstore.com/
They have tons of organizing stuff. On the website, you'll have to go under a category such as storage or college. They have tons of cute stuff that will make you want to be organized!Good luck!
get a personal organizer its not too much money and they get the job done professionally and you don't have to do as much work yourself if your on a budget though do a little at a time one weekend file papers the next weekend clean up cloths etc.
I find two cardinal rules that have helped me stay organized no matter how big or small of space I live in. Put away what you take out when you are done with it. Birds of a feather flock together. Flylady is a good start, but when you keep up with clutter by putting away what you take out immediately after you are finished, it never accumulates. Also, when you keep like items, related items, and things that go with other things, all together, they are easier to find when you need them, easy to remember where they go when you are finished with them and it becomes a relatively thoughtless process of being organized. I also try to handle paper only once to help me with my paper piling and collection addiction. For example, I pay the bill, file the receipt, stamp the envelope and write the due date on the back as soon as I receive the bill, even though I may not send it out until 7-10 days before it is due to maxmize the interest earnings on that money. You can use inexpensive wrapping paper covered shoe boxes, wicker boxes or even those clear plastic storage boxes to help you get started. And, those inexpensive flex-O-files at the discounters and office suppliers are the best for keeping paid bills and receipts organized by month.
Check out www.organize180.com. That's my daughters website!!!!!
