Need to build a blockwall on a slope hillside.?

Question:From the lowest point, length wise I desire is 30 feet. I took a string and level from both ends. The height of the lowest point needs 3 feet high to be level at the other end, its a slow rising slope. I would like a step by step on how to build this blockwall, using 12 or 14 inch long by 5 inch high landscape blocks. I would like my top layer landscape blocks totally level across all 30 feet.

Answers:
If you want everything level, sounds like you`re going to be doing some excavation! Start at the bottom of the slope and dig down to the proper depth for a foundation and start digging to the other end making certain the bottom of the trench is level. Install footer and stack the blocks!
