Oil spots on my concrete driveway - How can I remove?
Question:Just bought a new house and a guests car leaked oil on my driveway. How do I remove the spots?

Put cat litter on it, then go to Sam's Club & buy a heavy duty cleaner for garage floors, etc. Sorry, can't remember the name but they only had one type. Lowe's probably has what you need also. You may need to use a power washer on it in order to remove the oil while using the cleaner.
Sakrete makes a product called "Fade" that works as well as anything. Brake cleaner will do it as well.
I used liquid Tide. Pour on, use broom to rub, let set for about 10-20 min. at a time. Use hose to rinse. Repeat as necessary. Hope this helps. O-this did not harm my lawn. I was careful though.
Dawn liquid detergent will also be helpful (along with the cat litter). They use Dawn when scrubbing off animals caught in oil spills. Finish it up with a good spray down with a power washer.
I find the best way to remove oil stains off concrete is to take tide washing powder and put a whole lot on it enough to cover the stain real good, then wearing shoes grind it in, it takes a lot of rubbing then wash it off that should do it. I know this sounds weird but if that doesn't work while it is still wet put some more Tide on it rub it in and put dirt on top of that, and rub that in also, then rinse it, give it a try, it can't hurt.
Whip up what you can with a rag, then mix up some very hot water and ammonia and pour it on the oil and it will be gone.
I use to work at a fast food restaurant and we clean the oil off of our drive-thru concrete pad will liquid laundry detergent you can also add some dish detergent to it and it works great just pour it onto the oil spots and scrub really good. let it set for a little while and if needed scrub again then rinse off with a hose. you get lots of bubbles plus your driveway will smell good too. but it really works. trust me we had lots of oil spots.
Brake cleaner will work great!
