Refinishing a fiberglass bathtub?

Question:our bathtub just has some stains on it that we would like to get rid of. I saw Tough as Tile brush on finnish at lowes. Does anyone know if this works and how it turns out, of seggeset any other products?

If you don't follow the directions right, it will peel. So follow the directions to the letter.

Of course, if it's just stains, have you tried a good rust remover followed by some concrete sealer (clear stuff that soaks into the pores of the concrete, but also soaks into any open pores in your ceramic tub!!)

For removing stains in my sink (we have country water), I spray on CLR, follow that with a spray of hydrogen peroxide (just stick it in a mister bottle and spray), let it set for fifteen minutes and it lifts up the worst stains.
