Wanted: bright copper and bright brass plating formulas to make 1 quart solutions?

Question:I would like to get a commercial grade bright copper and bright brass plating formulas to make up 1 quart of solution at a time. I am a DIY guy but not a chemist so i need things measured in ounces and pounds. I have searched the net but they are talking in high level formulas. I need it very basic terms.

Very simple. All you have to do, is reverse the oxidation process. Oh if you can't do that you aren't allowed to have the formula, and if you can
you have the formula.
