How would I use a window air-conditioner and a supply of ground water to create a DIY heatpump?

Question:As I see this all I have to do is flow the groundwater over the "inside" coils and then remove the heated air from the "outside" coils. My first concerns are 1. how to calculate an optimum water flow and 2. will ground water corrode then ruin the "inside" coils.

It's a little more complicated than that to ecieve any sort of efficiency. Take a look at this link: http://rclsgi.eng.ohio-state.edu/~christ...
