Answers:
Hire an electrician so it's done right, and to code.
well it depends on if you know about wireing or not read some books on wireing where you need to start first you you have a friend that is a electrican ask the stuff is pretty dangerous if you dont know what you are messing with
http://www.doityourself.com/stry/homewir...
damn this link was hard to find.
it isnt as hard as you might think but make sure to read local building codes
Try DIY website, there are building codes to follow. God forbid your house catch fire and you insurance inspector see faulty "DIY" wiring, your insurance will not pay up. Double check your work and building codes. Good luck.
Forget about websites!. Got to Lowes or Home Depot and buy this book: Stanley's Complete Wiring. It will show you everything you need to know to do a good job but I'm pretty sure that any job requiring new circuits has to be done by licensed electricians unless you can show that you can do the job yourself by taking a test. Don't do anything illegal, stcik to the law. If you don't it might cost you when trying to sell the house. Also remember, working with electricity is dangerous and it might kill, you so be safe by cutting off power to any circuits that you plan to work on. In any doubts, call an electrician, don't do it yourself.
go to your library and get a beginners electrical book than go on from there it is not learned overnight it takes years and also you have to learn the electrical code.
