Can i purchase bath taps with flexible connecting tails or can i purchase them separately?

I have done a lot if plumbing and I have no idea what a bath tap might be, if you are talking about a bathtub valve or a shower valve, they should never be plumbed with flex hoses.
they are sold separately. be sure you know how many holes and how far apart on your sink. you do this by looking inside the vanity, under the sink where the taps pierce the sink. then you have to know how long the supply line must be as well as the diameter of the supply line. take one off and bring it with you to the store if you don't know and that way you will get the proper fit. good luck.
As long as you are referring to the sink faucets, you can perchase them separately from Home Depot or Lowes. I prefer to spend the extra few dollars and buy the flexible stainless steel mesh ones. They last forever. A word of caution, don't over tighten or you will ruin the seal. If it is for shower or tub they have to be soldered using copper pipe.
