What is the best way to black out a room?

Question:i need to black out a room for blacklights and stuff
i need to cover the walls and windows
it needs to be removable i live in an apartment

Answers:
Foil. Or maybe hang black sheets over your blinds. Worked for me when i lived an apartment and the sun would always rise and the sun shined directly into my bedroom. It will work. Trust me

the best thing i could think of would be to get some black curtains that are long enough to go from the ceiling to the floor and pin or staple them to the walls. I seen them do this on an episode of trading spaces. Instead of painting they just put up curtains all the way around the room.
go to a craft store and buy black material...lots of it...and just tack it on the wall..you can get flat bed sheets for cheap.and placing the tacks is strange intervals using different colors would be really cool when they glow.I want pics...lol
No light comes through the walls, so cover the windows with aluminum foil, pressing the foil flush against the glass. You can buy easy-to-remove masking tape to hold the foil in place and not damage the landlord's property. The foil will block all light, plus make a great reflector for the black lights.
I can dig it. Beadboard dude. Beadboard or whatever foam board you can find at the BigBox home improvement place. Cut it to the size of the windows, glue fabric to it and stick it in the windows. As for the walls, try blacking out the windows first, and see if that isn't enough. I mean, darkness is, y'know,...black.
