There really are too many options to give a real quote with out all your options listed and the area you live in. There is a price difference according to your geographic location also. For the best answer simply go to a lumber yard, tell them the size, type of exterior and roofing desired and they can give you a quote with a bill of materials including the type of fasteners needed. The prices will be good in your area. Many will even provide you with a set of plans.
