I want to build a waterfall. I cant find the part that attaches to the tube to make the water spray out evenly

Question:When you see a commercial waterfall, the water is running down the glass or slate evenly...I want that part that attaches to the tube where the water is being pumped from but I can not find it anywhere online. Any suggestions would help. Thank you.
