Prime Tac Tape Dispenser - How To Load It?

Question:Am moving and have been given a prime tac ex233 tape dispenser - but no instructions as how to load it with the supplied tape. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I seem to be sticking tape to bits of me rather than getting it loaded!

Pull a little bit of tape off the roll, about 2" and fold it over sticky side together. Push the roll onto the spindle with the flap up (sticky side down). Thread the tape through the slot where the blade is and pull out an inch or so and stick the tape down. When you run the gun across closed boxes hold the tape against the side, pull the gun towards you and over the opposite end, then with your wrists motion (like shaking hands) flick the gun down. This will cut the tape off and have it set for the next run.
