The two that I recommend are "Dad's Easy Spray" or Kwik.
the Easy Spray comes with spray bottle to apply to stripper. works well, especially on detailed wood.
Zipstrip is pretty good. They're all about the same. Get some cheap paint brushes, steel wool, plastic scrapers, rubber gloves and LOTS of paper towels. There is one product that comes with a plastic spray bottle and you spray it on, then wipe if off. It doesn't work quite that easily - but it's okay.
Make sure you do it in a ventilated area to avoid fumes making you sick.
I have used Citristrip, it is much less obnoxious than MEK strippers both in odor and burning skin, works good too, just leave it on a long time, say all day.
