What's the difference from a fabric marker and a sharpie?

Question:I want to customize some of my clothes and shoes, but what's the difference cause fabric markers are more expensive.

Answers:
Sharpies will bleed on fabric and look blotchy. Fabric markers have a different consistency.

FABRIC MARKERS ARE MEANT TO BE USED ON FABRIC. TO BE HONEST SHARPIES WORK WELL FOR THE MOST PART. I HAVE USED SHARPIES FOR DOING NAMES AND DESIGNS ON SHIRTS AND WHAT NOT. ALSO ITS A LITTLE MORE WORK BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY STENCILS AND FLAT SPRAY PAINT.MAKE SURE YOU USE FLAT SPRAY PAINT AND START OFF BY PRACTICING ON AN OLD SHIRT OR SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T CARE IF YOU MESS UP JUST SO YOU CAN GET A FEEL FOR IT. GOOD LUCK
