Rent a hammer drill and drill holes to put in expansion anchors to bolt it down.
Goto Homedepot and get a Simpson post base. Then use an expansion bolt to hold it down. Like a Redhead or you can get a threaded stud and use the Simpson epoxy to glue it in a hole. The people there should be able to show you the stuff.
