We had Terminex treat the perimeter of our home with Sentricon bait stations. They eradicated the colony within 6 months. It cost $1,200 (Michigan). Then, because we live in an area of high activity for termites, we pay $200.00/yrly for inspections and insurance to cover treating reinfestations. Our home is 1,400 sq. ft.

I live in Delaware and it was (prepare yourself) $4000!! My father had his house done by Terminex (sp?) two years ago. I don't know how much the price would vary for different sized houses.
