How do I replace the lock lever on a Pella casement window?

Question:

Answers:
If it isn't the wheel itself that is stripped, it is as easy as a small allyn wrench to remove the old product and buying a new one from one of the many pella stores or even perhaps online. Unfortunately, if the gear is stripped, you may find yourself in a bad situation needing a pella rep to do service work on it for you. The inner mechanism is a little complex and one false move could ruin the window indefinately. If you need anymore help, or have anymore imput to help me pinpoint the issue, please contact me. If it is truely just the lock lever, open the window and ensure that its open. I believe it is a press in item that sits into the window and held in by the other hardware. Check to ensure there are no small screws to remove first.
