I wanted to know the process of painting to Iron Grills ( like gate, window bars ) .?

Question:Reason: Nowadays most painters want 1 week job, but there is not that much of painting to be done, its just 2 hour work.
I thought i would do it myself.

Answers:
The most important work in Painting is the surface cleaning. In case of Grills or holed-structures, the rusted portion has to be taken special care. If plain surface, it is easy. While cleaning the surface, the material loss should be avoided. It is surprising to know that a most painter's one weeks job would be done by you wihin 2 hours. Are you employed

First scrape out the dust and rust from the grills.
Then apply one coat of rust proof paint.
After it dries well, say the next day, apply the colour of paint you want - silver or white or any other colour.
The next day you can apply the second coat of paint for a longer result.
You can do it but you have to meet a person which exprience it
Do what PD says but one coat of Hammerite should do.
using brush would b difficult but u can do it easily with a small piece of cloth
dip in paint n apply on d bars as if u were wiping them
please take care of ur hands, use gloves because many paints cause harm (allergy0 to the skin
enjoy painting
