very carefully.
Go to Home Depot they have a product there that will help you remove them without any major problem.
No easy way. You have to pry the floor boards out. There is a spatula like shovel you can get at the home building stores.
Pry bars, claw hammers, spades.
Demolition, tear out. Makes a big mess, clean it out and up and start over with the flooring you desire.
It depends on the glue but sometimes you take a propane torch and heat the along the edges of the wood and once the glue is hot it may pull up easier. Be careful not to not catch the wood on fire. Keep a wet rag and bucket of water to douse the wood occasionally. If this doesn't work, you may be able to apply a solvent like acetone that help dissolve the glue. Acetone however is dangerous you will need good ventilation or you'll succumb, plus it's a fire hazard and if it's glued down to wood then the acetone will saturate that subfloor and cause problems when applying a new floor. Other than try brute force.
Why would you want to remove a wood floor? Wood floors are the easiest to maintain and are also the cleanest flooring. Is the floor ruined or just need refinishing? Personally I would hate to remove a wood floor.I would recommend you try to get it refinished.
I had a similar job couple years back I cut both the subfloor and finish floor out at the same time then replaced both it was hard work but the best way that stuff was glued down real good and when we tried to pry it loose it took half the subfloor withit.
