How can I build a 5ft artficial cactus for the outdoors?

Question:I want it made out of something that will endure the weather. Not just a wood cut out. A cactus with two sprouted arms.

Answers:
Make the cactus out of stucco like the one at this Mexican restaurant I saw.
It's just a frame with styrofoam adhered to it , wrapped in mesh, and covered in stucco "mud". Ask for Dryvit at the hardware store.

I saw an artificial cactus in a neighborhood close by that was made with aluminum cans. I don't know how they were attached, but it had the two sprouted arms and it's been there for a few years, and it looks pretty cool!
