How can I get a new room?
Question:My mom said I could have the back room as a room,but it has alot of stuff in it like boxes and trash,so how can I clean it up,put in an air conditioner,and put a bed into it?There will be no shelves in their,so how do I make some?I have always wanted a new room,so this is my big chance!P.S.How do I clean the carpet?

What's in the boxes? Is it stuff you need to keep? Put the trash out wherever your trash pickup is. Is there a window to put in a window a/c? You can rent a carpet cleaning machine. Some grocery stores rent them and Lowe's might have them. Otherwise you would have to call Stanley Steamer or some other professional to come and clean the carpets for you. Can you use the bed you are sleeping in now? You'll have to take it apart to move it. Instead of building shelves you might want to buy some plastic crates. You should be able to get them fairly cheaply. I think I heard someone the other day say she got some at Dollar General.
Clean out the room, sorting out what is rubbish and what needs to be store elsewhere.
When the room is empty decided if it needs a coat of paint or wall paper. It is easier to do it now than in a few weeks if you decide you don't like it.
Otherwise give it a good cleaning.
You may have to get someone in to do the air conditioner.
When all else is done hire a carpet cleaner, and only then put in the bed.
Try a couple of positions if there are options.
You can then get a bookcase, wardrobe and a chest of drawers either second hand or at a furniture warehouse.
