What is the best generator to power my Millermatic 251 mig welder?

Question:I know it has to be able to supply at least 10,000 watts of power. thanks!

Answers:
if your welder needs 10,000 watts of power then you need a 13,000 watt generator to drive it to handle surges so it dont burn out the voltage regualtor in your generator... a generator this size will cost you about 2000 dollars or more depending on brand and features

Multiply the amp rating by the volts supply. This will get you close to the necessary wattage needed.
If you get a 15 Kw generator, it should handle you needs. Why don't you check out the Millermatic 251 website and contact link for their recommendations.
