I know there are electric heating pads, but what about electric COOLING pads? Because would like to buy!?

in this months popular science magazine, they have in their whats new section about a food tray that can heat/cool with the flip of a switch and reversing the electric current. and ive heard of that beer keg wrap.
i hope this answers your question, i take care of my brother who is in bed about 19 hrs per day, they(people like him)are prone to what you call contractions causing limbs to curl up. we had a medical supplys give us a machine that would produce the same affect as a heating pad also it had a cold setting on it.it sort of looked like a sm shop vac hooked up to a heating pad.check w/medical supply company's.
