Does anyone know what this product is called...?

Question:I saw this commercial for finishing basements; it is like a drywall but it's all ready to go and you just put it in.
Does anyone know what this is called and who makes it, or know of any similar products?

I am not sure if there is anything else available or not, maybe try a google search for "basement finishing system" or some variation of that. Hope this helps, Roy
