What is the best way to get paint off my arm and foot?

Just wash it off, you may have to scrub a bit, depending on how thick it is...

Warm soapy water with a srubbing brush. Or with a loofah, is alot more nicer on the skin. Goodluck
Diesel oil, even the best to clean paint brushes with. And you buy a whole gallon for a few bucks.
Oil paint paint thinner.
Latex dish washing liquid or better is liquid tide.
Next time put hand cream on before painting and baby oil on your face. This stops the paint go deep.

If it is latex paint, warm soap and water, if it is oil based paint thinner will do the trick, if you dont have paint thinner you can soak in warm water and scratch it off, but this will hurt! LOL
